rotiko cleaning nozzle operating values

With a flowrate 1.01 – 4.59 m³/h a cleaning diameter of 0.75 – 2.4 meters is achieved.

The ROTIKO is a fast rotating spray head driven by the cleaning medium with droplet forming liquid distribution exiting through slots. With lower liquid consumption and higher spraying effectiveness, the Rotiko is an energy-saving alternative to static spray balls.
When using the new ROTIKO, the rotation of the spray head applies the cleaning liquid to the whole or only the upper area of a container.

Mode of operation: The double-bearing spray head is rotated by the flow of the cleaning agent. The tank surface is completely wetted with detergent through circumferential slots. The spray head is self-cleaning. The cleaning of the feed pipe is carried out through the slot between the connection sleeve and the pipe and a hole directed towards the connection.

The specially arranged spray slots allow for large droplet formation and an even spray pattern. Consumption of water and detergent is reduced by up to 50% compared to static spray balls.

A 6 mm PTFE orifice plate is installed in the ROTIKO ex works. Additional PTFE orifices with 4 and 8 mm bore are always supplied. This allows easy adjustment of the liquid quantities.
