Retractable Nozzles

Retractor MR1

Spring-closing retractor with air/gas drainage, for flexible rotor fitting.

Retraktor MR1 – Breconcherry
Zurück zu Retractable Nozzles

The MR1 retractor opens under the pressure of the cleaning medium and closes by spring action once the cleaning cycle ends. Compressed air from 0.5 bar then drains the line, so no liquid remains in the vessel.

Depending on the rotor fitted (Torus, Chemidisc 25-360° or Chemidisc 75-360°), it covers cleaning diameters from 1.5 to 4.0 m and is available in FDA-compliant materials up to Hastelloy.

Vorteile

  • No obstruction inside the vessel during production
  • Flexible rotor fitting for different reach
  • FDA-compliant material choices up to Hastelloy
  • Automatic air/gas drainage
